Directions:  Van Pelt Place is a secondary street (alley) located between Clinton Street & Park Avenue, and between Bridge Street & State Street. The parking lot on Van Pelt Place that can be accessed from Park Avenue. More parking is available in a lot on the south side of Clinton Street. Parking is also permitted on Bridge Street.
